（一）設(shè)備用途：我公司生產(chǎn)的ＹＱ-450型破膠機主要用于將粗碎后的橡膠膠塊進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步破碎，將鋼絲和橡膠分離，最終得到10-30目左右的膠粒或膠粉，是鋼絲胎膠粉生產(chǎn)專用的破碎設(shè)備。
（二）設(shè)備構(gòu)成：底座，機架，前后輥筒，減速機，電動機，安全墊片，潤滑系統(tǒng)，傳動系統(tǒng)，調(diào)溫裝置和電氣控制系統(tǒng)等。
（三）特點：①減速機采用NGW型行星減速機，傳動功率大，效率高，噪聲低，使用壽命長，質(zhì)保期一年；②機架采用鑄鋼材料，具有足夠的強度和剛度，質(zhì)保期一年；③輥筒采用鑄鋼材料，工作面采用耐磨焊材焊接而成，表面堅硬耐磨，內(nèi)部強度高抗彎曲抗折斷，軸位硬化處理，提高了耐磨能力，使用壽命長，克服了一般輥筒焊后開裂、漏水、掉塊、斷輥的弊病,輥筒一年內(nèi)正常使用折斷保換；④輥溫調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)采用開放式調(diào)溫系統(tǒng)，通過向輥筒內(nèi)注入冷卻水來調(diào)節(jié)輥溫以滿足工藝要求，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，冷卻效果好，水溫檢測方便，不易堵塞等優(yōu)點。⑤該機較傳統(tǒng)XKP-450破膠機進(jìn)行了提速，提高了生產(chǎn)效率。⑥設(shè)計合理，性能穩(wěn)定，品質(zhì)卓越，操作方便，使用壽命長，低噪音，無污染，是理想的環(huán)保再生資源設(shè)備。
