一．“簡(jiǎn)約”型： in before email attached ,including the xxx picture. （看，簡(jiǎn)約至此，稱謂，落款全省了．高! 但若發(fā)至的不是個(gè)人郵箱，恐怕對(duì)方也就收不到了．于是不得不連名帶姓的重發(fā)一次，看來(lái)這時(shí)間也不一定真能節(jié)省下來(lái)．）
二．“精確”型 Thanks for your mail. As for the copy of CE and SAA, I will fax them to you within these two days.（“within two days”? fax是及時(shí)性的動(dòng)詞，你是說(shuō)你要花上兩天的時(shí)間去傳真？這樣的話，我就不得不在傳真機(jī)跟前不吃不喝地干等兩天？拜托，如果不能確定具定傳真時(shí)間，就請(qǐng)說(shuō) “I’ll advise you the exact fax time once confirmation”）
三．“大張旗鼓”型 Per your information, you would like us to quote you the prices as below. Pls kindly check. Thanks. XXX
