(一)設備用途：.該機主要用于將廢舊輪胎的胎冠及胎側切割成一定寬度的橡膠長條。

(二)結構與原理：

該機由一對刀片、減速機、機架和傳動機構等組成。其基本原理為：由減速機經轉動機構，帶動二刀片做相對勻速運轉，促使二刀片形成剪切之勢，將物料置于兩刀片之間，向前移動，以達到剪切效果。

(三)特點：

兩個園盤刀采用特殊金屬熱處理制成,堅硬耐用，可多次修磨使用。

Application: It is utilized in cutting the crown and side-wall of waste tire into a certain sized oflongrubber strip.

Construction and Principle:

The unit is consist of a pair of knife, Speed reducer, frame and transmission.The principle is that Speed reducer through transmission, driving two knives constant speed operation and making two knives constitute a trend of shear, the material placed between the two knives, move forward to achieve the shear effect.

Characteristic:

Disc knife is made using a special metal heat treatment,high hard and wearable ,is durable.
